An FCT high court sitting in Maitama has granted an Order for the remand of the former Attorney General of the Federation Mohammad Adoke for 14 days, pending the conclusion of its investigation.
The EFCC had brought an exparte application seeking an order to detain the accused for 14 days which was granted by the court as prayed.
Justice Othman Musa of the FCT high Court in Bwari, who gave the order is sitting as a vacation judge at the FCT high court in Maitama.
